Did any body approved with future employment GC ? or in the process?
In my case I never worked for the company that's sponsoring me. My Labor approved and filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently in Aug 03 through that company.
I know its a long way to go, but wonder any of you faced any problems in I-140 stage or in I-1485 stage.
What rfes or problem we can expect?
