Any problems returning to US on H-1

Hello all,
I am planning to go on vacation for 3 weeks to Pakistan. Are there any issues with re-entring US? I have travelled early last year without any problems (smoothly, not even one question at the airport), I was just wondering if things have changed after Sept 11 incidents.
Any input/experience will be appreciated.

Any thing can happen, generally there should no problems if you have maintained status and valid h1/visa/paystubs. Also take a letter from your employer stating that you are employee of such and such company.
