I recently got my labor certification approved from Dallas BEC. I understand that my question about I-485 is premature at this time. But I would like to hear your opinion.
My LC was filed about 5 years ago. I have been waiting for my green card in this job position for the past 5 years. However, during this long 5 years, my husband has moved to different location to work in his own H-1B. He filed AR-11 to change to his residential location. I am wondering when the time comes for me and my husband to file I-485. We will have different addresses on our application forms. Will that be a problem?
Does someone have this type of situation? Any problems?
