I am eligible to switch H1s since 180 days have passed since my I485 filing. A company is going to file a H1 for me.
1) Should the new offer exactly match what's on my labor?
2) When should I notify the USCIS for AC21?
3) Some folks say that filing AC21 is optional, does this delay green card processing?
