I had an RD of Jul 99 and received my FP in Aug 00 after talking to the IIO at vsc. You should call th INS immediately as when i received my fp notice it said that i needed to get it done by Aug 25 or else my case would be considered abandoned. Talk to your lawyer. They should be tracking yr case but then they never really do anything. call the INS.
