Are there any one, who is still waiting for I-140 approvals with RD/ND dates either in or before October 2003.

My case is around this time, I wanted to get a feel as, how many applicants are still waiting for apporval as me.

Did any one of You got approvals in last few weeks.

Apart from doing an inquiry on your case through attorney, have you done anything else to get TSC attention for your application.

Some one told me, one of the reason for not getting the I-140/I-485 approved is not getting FBI name check clearance. I did send e-mail to FBI about 4 weeks back, there is no response from them. Is there any other way to know, the name check has been done. My 1st AP was approved on 21st Jan 2004 and 2nd AP is applied just few weeks back. Since I got my 1st AP, does that mean, name check has been done.

Any advice will be appreciated.
