You should initial an inquiry now. The official I140 processing date is in May 2004 now. Ask your attoney to do something.

my inquiry went on 1/26/05 but no response, it mentions wait for 30 days and then call the 1800 number , so if by end of fen no response will call,
i don"t know ,its so variable and frustrating , some get approval within days of inquiry and i see some with dates in dec,2004 getting approved

Send letter to your congressman and Senator

That worked for me.
Make sure you send (and hightlight) appropriate places the TSC processing date copy.
