I just talked to a very nice IIO, and she said my case is just re-assigned to another officer, since the initial officer got too many cases (this initial officer has had my file already for about two months). I am EB2, ND 9/28. Sounds like VSC has already moved to Oct 15 cases, so is there any other Sept waiter on this site? I feel so frustrated now!
Any other Sept ND still waiting?
