Any OR RFE (except for permenant position)?

Mine is in VSC. RD 9/15/05. Its fate is still not determined.

My theory is that long waiting cases have more chance to be screwed. Especially when considering VSC pending cases may be shipped to NSC, the toughest center.

I appreciate if anyone can share their OR RFE experience (except for the permenant position issue).

generally RFE for OR cases can be on
-Submit enough evidences that the journals are top international journals
- Questions about criteria for awards (importance, truelly nation or international) or membership (how selected by organization)
- Questions about criteria for selection as referee for journal.
- Question about low number of citation for XXX papers and the importance of such citations
