1> Approved 140
2> Pending 485
3> EB3
4> From Retrogressed Country

got an RFE on 485...

Just wondering -- if Service Centers are touching the above type of cases .... before the release of visa numbers & cut- off dates.
 
A friend of mine with this situation has got RFE on medicals..
Currently he is getting his medical redone and will be sending the reply through attorney.

Because of this..
I kind of started thinking that they are touching these case because, internally they may have got the PD movement indications. My friend's PD is 23 sept 2002 and that gives me a hope that the PD may move forward..
