Any one with RD 02/01, ND 03/01, RFE/No RFE still waiting?

Hi,

My details:
PD - 03/00
RD - 02/01
ND - 03/01
FP - 02/02
No RFE

Both myself and my spouse are still waiting. Last week talked to IIO, she said case not assigned to officer yet. Asked me to call NSC in two weeks.
Anyone still in similar situation?

ND: 3/01
FP 2/02
Still waiting no RFEs.

Attorney called the INS a few times. Said the LIN number and A # have been consolidated. Not assigned to an officer yet. I have myself tried several times to call INS but never get through.

Called IIO several times and was told to wait and call back in 30-60 days. Also contacted senator. He acknowledged receipt of my inquiry. Will call him back today to check the status. I think working through a senator or congressman is the better way to go since different IIO gives different answer and most of them cannot do anything anyway.
