Hi, hope you have a happy new year. The pattern with Texas has always been a little erratic to say the very least. The episodic 2002 approvals to me represent random files landing on a desk where the officer approves it to clear his desk. Until we have a completely online system, where everything flows sequentially you will continue to see randomness. It seems that TSC is processing 4 and 5 /01 cases now. It would also seem that 6 and 7/2001 were light months because of the contractor strike with issuing 485 notices. TSC seems to have done a lot of 8/2001 485's in 11/2003. Hence I think we should see big movements in the processing dates in the next few months.

To answer your fear. It is not good to get fingerprinted too much in advance as you will have to go for repeat F.P if not approved in 15 months.
