ANy one with ND 12/00 but not recieved FP notices

Hi,
  I have ND 12/21/00 but i didn\'t recieve any FP notice until now. My wife\'s AP(primary applicant) is approved and i had a RFE on AP. NO signs of EAD..no FP notices (catgoey EB2 RIR witha PD of 6/99)..Anyone in similar situation???please respond.
