Any One with FEB ,MAR , APR and MAY RD who did there first FP at Newark and got 2nd FP

My RD is 06/09/2002 I have done my FP1 in NJ on 08/02 and then i moved to CT and got the second FP notice schedule on 02/20/04

March 02 RD FP2

Mine is a March 02 RD case.

- Ist FP was scheduled at Newark,NJ June 02 , but I did an early FP1 at SJ, CA.
- 2Nd FP was scheduled at Newark,NJ March 04 , But I did an early FP2 on 01/29 at Providence,RI.

I get NJ for appt. beacuse I have given c/o my Co., address in all my applications, I did this, since I move often as I am in consulting.

Sometimes c/o does not work, there was an RFE for my EAD asking for a home address and not business address.

Hang in guys, they are sending FP2 notices for March-april cases now, which is good news.

Also The guy at the front desk at ASC mentioned to us that we may not be finger printed because we have showed up early than the appt. date.
But after a little bit of talk I convinced him, who in turn spoke to the officer.

Early FP, is good for people who plan to travel soon.
Small ASC's ususlly agree for early FP. Always show up on a less busy day.

Newark is Over Booked, So expect Delays in 2nd FP notice

Mine is May 02 RD, my friends RD is April 02 RD both did 1st FP at Newark. My FP expired 3 months ago and my Friends about 4 months ago, still waiting for 2nd FP.

Newark is issuing FP notices for March 02 RD now and it is being scheduled for March 2004.

This is my predictions of 2nd FP Notice at Newark.

Apr 02 RD    Feb/Mar 04     April/May 04

May 02 RD    Mar/Apr 04    May/June 04

So for guys who has done 1ST FP at Newark, don't expect your GC before 2 years from your RD.
