Any one who filed I485 two times?

I was wondering what are the timelines, if any of you have filed I485 two times. I had filed 485 once in 2007 thru my employer and now as a spouse of USC. I sent the entire packet(130, 485, etc...) in mid Jan 2010 to chicago, fp done mid feb and then haven't heard anything. I called the ASC couple of days ago and they said my FP were cleared in mid feb. No sight of IL yet. Typically, people get IL in a month after FP, but I haven't received one and it's a little over 5 weeks now.

What should I do now? Is there anyone out there in the same situation?

I called USCIS and the lady simply read out what you see online.

Typically, people get IL in a month after FP, but I haven't received one and it's a little over 5 weeks now.

You may have seen a few cases where people got the IL in one month after FP, but that is NOT typical. Typical is more like 2-4 months after FP.

Your case has no unusual delay. Don't get concerned until it's about June or July.
