Agith, I spoke to several people in our company today. All with
laters got approvals. Three EB3 and two EB2s. Got worried and
called IIO today. Took 30minutes to call and 17 minute wait.
IIO said it is still pending and not yet assigned to an officer
yet. Asked him why is my application pending, when there are
approvals even for Aug99 ND\'s. He said so far they are waiting
for my FP, and now that it is there, it will be assigned to an
officer, and I may here in about 4-6 weeks.
All the approvals I am talking about got FP\'s in later june,00. and
one in July. I guess it is luck.
Call IIO and find out if they can see your FP in the computer.
when I called on 8/5/00, they could not find my FP in the computer,
but now they are finding. I called FBI again ( 8/12/00 ) and requested
them to make sure that my FP shows up INS screens. They are polite
and called me back telling me that INS computers actually downloaded
them on 7/5/00. God nows why INS could not find them on 8/12/00.
Waiting for ever. Hope this journey ends soon. Started this in 1/96

system . I called yesterday and he also said the FP is
there. It could be that they alot files in batches and
the previous batch did not have both of our files. I
heard from someone that it takes 2 months for FP records
to reach INS computers. I called my laywer today and
he promised to check on my case ans asked to call back
next week again. Hoping that some thing happens.
