Any one waiting for AP from May02

Hi,
My RD/ND is May 28th. I got my EAD on Aug 26th. But no AP yet. I want to know is anyone waiting for AP approval with RD in the month of may.

ND : Apr 19 02

Got RFE, was requesting copy of I140 .INS received the evedence on Sep 5th (As per AVM) .Can anybody tell how long will it take again?

ND : May 17 02

AVM says RFE issued on 27th Aug.
Since I am using a attorney, the RFE was sent to him directly
& his paralegal says they sent a copy on Sep 5th.
As of last night, AVM message is still the same .
 
Copy of 140

They asked for a copy of I-140 approval for both me and my wife's AP. I just checked my AVM , the message now says the
reply for RFE was rec'd on Sept 10th.
