Any one still following Consular Processing option?

On an impulse I checked NVC hot line. When my I-140 was approved, I chose to apply for both AOS (WAC 02-210) and Consular Processing.

The NVC hotline message: We have assigned a case number, now the case has been returned to BCIS.

What does this mean? Will I be getting Packet 3 very soon?
