Any one Pls clarify...L1 and H1 periods are counted as part of 6 years?

Hi all,
I was on L1 from 04/2000 to 11/2004. Now, I'm on H1 from 12/04 and going to expire in 04/2006. Does my L1 period of 4.5 years is counted as part of the 6 year period of H1 ??

YES, It is. all types L + H counted together for 6 yr cap.
