My RD is OCT 17 /2001
Gave 1st FP on MAr 28 2002
Got RFE and Replied back on JAn23 2003

wife got 2nd FP on May 14(ist fp same as mine) and her satus is updated as they recived the Fp

For me No 2nd FP and no approval.
No approval for my wife too.
i am the primary applicant
 
definitely sth is wrong with you. I think that's why your case is still pending. You need contact VSC as soon as possible. call
the customer service and ask them to transfer you to tier 2. If
Tier 2 can't solve your problem. contact local senator/congressman to help you
 
sometime back there was a post which said that now BCIS is approving based on FP and not based on ND to avoid issuing second FP. Now looking at your case it seems like they are not even issuing a second FP even though the case is not approved and 15 months has passed since 1st FP.
 
I am at the same situation as you. Same RD, dependent got 2nd notice but I did not. However, right before Dependent did 2nd FP, I called VSC and, you know what?

The IIO said they forgot to send me the 2nd FP notice! It was right in the files! Well, thank god, that IIO sent me a fax copy (obviously she is one of the best IIOs and persons in the world) and I did the 2nd FP. That happened before June/2003.

If I had not called them, my case would be pending for 5 more years! And that is the way BCIS works, nobody could change it.

this question is for dengdeng,what is transfering to tier2?
my rd is 11/23/2001,fp:4/5/2002.........till this date I got no 2nd fp or any rfe.............when I called NCSC they sent a status request to vsc & got a letter from them saying ur RD is in our current working frame dates so wait till 60 to 90 days for further enquiry...........any suggetions?
 
thanx dendeng.......but will it be advisable for me to contact CONGRESSMEN when I got a letter from VSC to wait till 60 to 90 months for any further enquiry as according to them my RD is in time frame of their current dates.Iam thinking of contacting congressmen after 2 months ............can u or anyone suggest basing on respective experience & knowledge
