Any one know about emergency advance parole
Hi guys,
My AP got expired and expecting 485 approval anytime. Meanwhile the AVM says that I got my RFE and I have not received it. Now I have to go to India for a very urgent get it in one day. Has any one has any experience in emergency AP, and if yes what is the procedure.
I appreciate any input from your side.
 
I believe you have to go to the local INS to apply for it

I am thinking of doing it too, but don\'t much about it.

Please share your experience if you get the Emergency AP.

You will get AP in 1-10 days depending upon the reason and proof you show to local INS

Bab, is it 10 days if you don\'t have a good enough reason

Or is it from your experience that they don\'t take the AP (and ask it to be sent to NSC) if one does not have a good enough reason except that the first one expired and we need another one
