habanero, how about your Online Status? Does it show "RFE recv" already? My lawyer also replied last week and there are no news on Online Status.
 
Shouldn't they be approving those cases as they are processing Dec 16? :mad:

Over2years, I do scans and they show activity. It is just that my case has not been touched yet :( I don't really care any more when exactly they will tackle my case... It's been so long now... I think that I wouldn't believe if I see approval some day... Hang in...

As much as this is sad and I know it is and trust me we feel your pain man. But I can't help but laugh :). Its really friggin depressing. Why the hell is their processing date Dec 16 where there is cases with a file date prior to that still pending. They should move back the date at least I'll feel better knowing they haven't passed me......

It had been saying "Undeliverable mail from last 14 months.

I hope that is a regular RFE. I still have to give heads up to my attorney.

I am not on AC21. I got tempted several times but I stick to the same consulting company.
Wanted to wait and see till end of March then use the AC21 to join the client.
But looks like there is the little ray of hope at the end of the tunnel at last. Touch wood. !!
But I want to tell you that,

I never lived (worked) in CA state. All the time I am in East coast.
The company is in CA. You guys know how that works.

I was in NY now in VA. I hope my recent address change (AR11) and these things will not trigger a transfer to the local office.
i am just waiting to see the damn RFE.

I am at least glad that there is "some thing" going on with my case.

i will keep you guys posted.
