Any one have this Problem

My I-485 approved also for my daughter ( 10 Years) Since DEC 2004 but my husband 485 still pending . I called TSC many times They surprise why the case was separated they said we will send enquiry to the supervisor always mention these things but we got nothing by the way i'm the primary applicant.
IS THAT NORMAL???????????
any advise Guys

we applied together
our140 approved at the same time
our i485 received by TCS in 8/2002
we did FP in Sept 2004 together
i received the approval in Dec 30 2004

WE are in the same situation, but we have not been waiting for the same time as you have been. I have recently received the card and my husband's is still pending. We are hoping that it will be processed soon. At TSC, they told me the same thing: that the cases were indeed seperated and my husband's file is where it should be; a note was sent to the supervisor.....we will see.

I hope that you hear something soon. You have been waiting for a long time. Does your husband have AP or EAD?

It seems each of you had a separate application and neither spouse was a derivative benefitiary of the other. Right? I don't know if you could call case "separated" because each is a separate employment based petition.
My 2c worth.
 
He has EAD renew it yearly and this Sept. will be the 4th one

for durham
No it is one case i'm the primary applicant and my daughter and my Husbad applications based on my case

Would you like to share that your call were transfered to TSC , and you spoked with TSC representative directly. and plz share what steps u followed to connect with TSC direct.

or u just dial 800 no and talked with customer support representative? who are said that they are sending 'query to suppervisor'.

NO sorry for miss understanding I called the the 800 # they ask me about my receipt # a my Social S # and current address each time I called they ask me these qs then they check the status

Okay, don't worry,

Here is somthing I would like you to try your luck,

Please follow the steps that would connect you to TSC directly (hopefully) :D YES Directly and 50% chance to officer :D .

Usualy a nice lady pickup phone she is very helpful and cooperative. call them and share with us :D

Use 800 customer service no that is also printed on ur SRC receipt.

All I am recalling is

Dial 800#

Press 1 (English)
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1 (for SRC no)
Press 1 (to confirm SRC #)
Once u heard the status (if u have error on status use any other SRC even old one)

After listening Status

Press 3
Press 3 or 4 when it says 'You have filed Multiple Applications, and seperated " Select that option.

Hope It would connect directly with TSC.
