I got the same on Sept. 9, 2004, and also ask me to submit AR-11 form, but I did filed it before. I Faxed FBI before, I get email form FBI on Sept. 21 and said that on Sept. 21, the check is completed and result sent to UCIS the same day, I doubt that UCIS some times not give me the truth.
