I got an RFE dated on October 23. They requested Tax returns and w2s for the last three years, paystabs for the last three months and employment letter. My app: RD 5/99 ND 6/99 PD 10/97 EB2 Greece. I am very upset but sent the information four days ago. Apparently, the fact that I have been waiting 18 months for my I 485 (which 12 months more thatn the time suggested by the new law) did not make a difference. Still waiting...
