Any One Got Iead Before 90 Days From Receipt Day

I am telling you .. don't even try before 90 days are up. Besides
you also want to make sure that there are very few weeks left
before your original EAD (if any) expires. I tried to IEAD after
120 days but there were more than 60 days left on my original
EAD so sent me home (i went to sf).

I think getting IEAD before 90 days is out of question.

I have seen People in earlier thread getting IEAD before 90 days from San Jose center & sacremento.

Also seen People getting rejected at SFO Service center for appearing before 90 days.

Timing-

90 days after EAD application rct date and it should be with in 30 days before expiry of the current EAD.

I got iead for 240 days from the day i showed up. Not from the day the current EAD expires.
 
Thanks a lot for all your postings

I didn't get my original EAD with a receipt date of May 02 2002.Can I get second IEAD on this application if I can't get on the one with less than 90 days from receipt date.
 
was it lost in mail?

If INS had approved and mailed you the EAD card and it was lost in mail, you cannot get another iEAD. You will have to apply under lost/damaged category. Please use AVM or website to check the status or talk to IIO.
 
Thanks I spoke to IIO lot of times

It was transferred to Los Angeles local office though I fall under Sacramento on Aug 26 2002 and no news from INS Los angeles from then.I sent Los angeles fedex letters asking them to transfer to sacramento but no news.
