Any one got help from president, vice president, first lady office lately with immigration

My PD is current and is sitting with USICS for a while, i opened service request, took infopass but nothing has happened, i send email to president, vice president, first lady, senator, and no one has responded with any help
I know during 2007, some one from vice president or first lady office would reply to mails or help,
Has this been changed, has anyone got any help from politicians at any level lately
 
Obama administration is slacking off a bit than Bush, to date he has not even granted or denied even one pardon petition, which goes through proper channels of official White House attorney, I have not heard lately if somebody has gotten even a generic preprinted response from the White House.
Don't get me wrong I supported Obama but I'm also getting frustrated so far with his presidency.
