Same here

I completed my interview in Philadelphia office on Aug17th and my wife on Aug 24th we both are still waiting for oath letter. I tried to call many times to the USICS toll free number but I couldn't reach a live operator any time it was an automated message and they say no information on this case# available. I am not sure what to do next.

Thanks

Vincent27,
How were you able to reach the live operator, I couldn't get through the automated machine, can you let me know?

thanks

I am not from Delaware but had my interview at the Philadelphia DO. I called the 1 -800 no. to inquire about the Oath letter too. After I diaed the 1 - 800 no. I pressed 1 for english and then press 3 after that I pressed 1.

PA2009,
Thank you for giving me the information, I called the same way you stated it is actually a change of address option but I was able to speak to a representative.
He said it has to be more than 90 days and outside the normal processing time then only he can take service request, so even though I am over 90 days I am still under normal processing time as they are processing for May 4th applications.
I am sure the above information you may not need it but I believe any one who reads it will get some information.

Thanks again

This is standard boilerplate response - most likely read from computer while not wearing a thinking cap. People have been able to get past 1st level customer service to 2nd level customer service by being aggressive, pleading, showing reason for hurry (travel) etc. It may not progress the case, but can get you some more information on what is holding it up.

Guys,

I called the US district office in Wilmington and there is Naturalization oath ceremony scheduled for Dec. 10 at the U of D. Can anyone confirm this?

We received the letters on Saturday, 11/21. Here are what I can remember for our applications.

Received on 6/1/2009 (Priority date).
Fingerprints taken on 6/25/2009.
Notice for Interview on 7/18/2009.
Interview @ Philadelphia office on 9/2/2009
Oath Letter received on 11/21/2009 for 12/10/2009 schedule.

No. We live in North Wilmington, Naamans Road / Brandywine Hundred area. And if you are wondering, originally from Manila (the city, not Metro Manila).
