Any one EAD Approved RD 04/16/01 ND:06/01/01

Any one with above dates got approved their EAD ? ie I-765 recently.
Pls post your responses as soon as possible.. Also how about directly
visiting INS office with the receipt and ask for EAD ? Any suggestions ?
