Well lots going on about Eb3 being retrogrssed for certain countries.
There are prediction about it becoming current in other forums.
While Eb1 for INDIA is retrogressed to August 2002.
Anybody can predict how many years will take for it become current?
I am sure there are lots of cases pending for 2003 & 2004.............
anybody's lawyer said anything on this issue!!!!!

No one can predict anything at this stage. I had posting wherein my university lawyer stated that at least for INDIA EB1 applicants are less than china (% wise) but there are lots pending cases from late 2003 to early 2004. Unless they get cleared by 60-70 % dates are not going to move at all. However, she also said it might take march-April 2006 to get there.....Honestly i am optimistic !!!
 
Well both! point which we should not forget is that these things will happen only if position sare avaliable as Eb1 are competeing with other categories EB2, EB3 per country wise.
