Any one called TSC Today to hear Story?

I called TSC and get hold of an IO after 1 Hrs 10 Min (Not as painful as I have a speaker phone). She is kinda OK and gave me a new story that my application is "Ready to be reviewed by an officer" and there is no VISA # allotted to this case though my PD (Does it matter???) is Jun 2002.

I called last week to hear that my Name Check is pending (which is contrary to my Info pass back in Jun 2007). Now I am hearing that every thing is cleared by no Visa available!

Story

Once i got a "You need a Reference to inquire"

Once i got a story "Application Pending that's it, but finger printing are received and name check is clear"

After that i got a story "Fingerprints are not received"

After that i got a story "Case is pending"

Lots of stories man... Lots of Stories.....
Those ladies sitting there are grandmothers of Chacha Chaudhary, Tin Tin, Pinnochio alll............. and yes why forget Moghli, Sherkhan, Spiderman, Superman... Vikram Vetal... Frankenstein(They also tell horror stories) and last but not least Panchatantra...........................

Pancha means 5 resembles 5 stories

1. Fingerprints
2. Namecheck
3. Visa Number Unavailability
4. Officer Assignment
5. Retrogression

I called in today morning..waited 30+ min... she refuse to give any info...

Further she inform me to contact my attorney for any status ...

I told her I-485 is my application and I should get the info directly... then she immedietely hung-up the phone....

Hey Raaam!!!!! the day was started bad..........

Next time you call IO

Next time you call and get a hold of IO.. don't let them tell you anything. Rather, you should tell them what the status of your case is "... just FYI, my case is waiting for an officer to be assigned and my name check is cleared. Just waiting for visa number...but, the name check status can change back to pending tomorrow".

I stopped calling IO... they are so inconsistent and what is the point? They have no idea obviously...

Check out trackitt today... there are so many EB2's from non-retro getting approvals in less than 90 days...

I, myself, is EB2, non-retro (RD April'07), so I'm hopeful, but I really feel for those of you who have been waiting for really long time. I don't know how you guys can wait this long. hang in there!

I called around 10:30 AM and she asked me "did i hang up on you?" She refused to give my wife's information.

I thought people call TSC to hear the all-time hall-of-fame call-hold music, not stories, no? Oh I see... first Grammy award winning music, then Academy award winning stories.

It's a regular entertainment channel: lots of mystery (namecheck was clear last week, now it is pending, HOW???), lots of drama (fingerprints have been uploaded, address has been updated), lots of suspense (case is being reviewed by an officer), and finally the anticlimax (visa not available, or "it is pending, that's it").

u r right

u r right man
its extremely frustrating out here.....
