Any one approved with RD in 2006

Hi,
Is there anyone with Received Date in 2006 and GC got approved in EB3 category? Couple of days back one of my friend case got approved and his RD is Sep 2006





EB3 ,India,NSC,substituted Labor
Labor PD: Feb 2001
I140 AD :Sep 2005
I485,I131,I765 FD:May 2006
FP :July 2006
I485 Luds:12/28/2006,12/29/2006.
2nd EAD and AP Renewal AD:Feb 2007.
I485 AD ??????

My RD is 10/14/06, never heard anything!

I was told that mine is in Name Check. So is my friend filed 2 days before me.

I think somehow USCIS is not approving 10/06 cases.
 
I just spoke to NSC rep and he has answered all my questions indirectly.They are approving the cases based on RD.Looks like they are working on 2003 and 2004 cases.He said my case is waiting for officer review.The moment he said immediately asked does that mean it cleared all security checks.He said yes.Last week placed SR also.We will see 2005 and 2006 approvals soon.
