Any one Applied for concurrent 485 After Apr 30 and got the Receipt

Hi,

I applied for 485 in California Service Center

140 RD : 09/18/2003 (Labor Substitution)
485 RD : 05/15/2004
485 Last updated : 05/19/2004
Status tells processing takes B/W 730 days to 730 days.

I want to know if any one applied concurrent 140/485 and what does 485 Status say how many days processing does it say ???.

I applied in June. RD June 4th & ND June 8th. My status tells exactly the same. I guess this is just a standard message they post based on how long it took in the past. Mine is EB2 and I think I qualify for 90 day pilot program. So I would say, dont get too bothered by the status and lets just wait and see what happens. I dont think its really going to take 730 days in our case!!
