TSC has messed up so badly..
I have my I140 approved last May (I have the approved copy in my hand), but the online message has never been updated, so I decided to call this 1-800 number and ask what the status is, since my case has crossed 300 days they decided to send a status check on my case to INS Texas. I received a letter from them (INS Texas) saying that my case is still pending. I don't know what to believe now.. Any of you in the same boat.. Any advice is appreciated

If you have a hard copy of your approval, talk to your attorney and ask him to follow up.

I beleive you should not have any problems.

I did call this 1-800 number again and to my luck found a good lady on the other end. I explained my situation and she connected me to the immigration officer at Texas service center. The officer confirmed that my I140 was indeed approved way back in May 2003 (their online system showed her it was approved) . She was not aware of who updates the online system and who sends out reply for the status check back to us. I thought this was interesting.
