Any October 2001 Approvals?

Hi all,

Here are my case details

I-485 Filed Date: 09/28/2001
INS receipt date: 10/01/2001
WAC-02-001-5xxxx

Received RFE on August 21 and sent details. INS received them on August 26th. Recent Pay stubs, EVL, w2 and tax papers were requested.

FP done in Oakland on 03/27/2002.

AVM says "On August 26, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 975 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 160 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Any Ideas how long will it take for this case?
