Hi Immigration Gurus
I am in a peculiar situation:
I applied for I-485 along with my family (wife and 2 kids) in October 2000.
My son and I got our approvals in August 2001.
But my wife\'s and daughter\'s is still pending. The lawyer has sent 3 FAX inquiries without any
success. Called IIO a few times, same standard reply; " We are processing January 2000 cases.You will have to wait "
Anybody in a similar situation and what else should I try?
My details: EB-2 CSC Center
PD: 09/99
I-485 : 10/2000
FP done: 01/01
I-485 approved for self and son: August 2001
Pending for wife and daughter ?????
