It has been 90 days since the reciept of my RFE... It is 2 years now since the initial reciept of my I-485 application. Still Pending...
 
I would contact IIO and ask for supervisor

My understanding is that VSC has 60 days to make a decision after they receive response to RFE. Go ahead and call IIO and find out why it is taking so long.
