Any Oct 01, done RFE in Feb still waiting??

Any Oct 01 filers responded to RFE in Feb and waiting???
Mine RD Oct 01, RFE responded Feb 03, 2FP on Sep 10......No news afterwards........Anybody similar??????

RD --------> OCT 01
ND --------> NOV 01
FP ---------> JAN 02
RFE -------> FEB 03
REPLIED -> MAR 03
2 FP ------> MAY 03

Waiting since then
 
Chintu123, I think that the fact that we got FPed for the first time in Jan 02 seems to have screwed us big time.
 
Cos if we had been Fp3ed lets say in mid 02 June )2 for e.g, then your first FP would not have expired untill Sep 03.

So basically when our RFE replies reached INS, our first FPs were expired.
BCIS was pretty fast in the April - June time frame. They used to approve RFE replied case within 3 weeks to a month.

I mean our case have now been delayed due to this second FP.

I have a lot of friends from RD oct 01, whose RFE got replied back to INS in the April - June timeframe who are now approved.
 
And.....

By the time they take our case again....2nf FP will expire?

I meant this is pathetic. We have applied in Oct 01, and are hoping that sth happens before our second FP expire.

I just saw today online that my wfie's 3rd EAD was approved. I remember when we got her 2nd EAD , and after that my 2nd EAD, I thot that probably I will not have to apply again.
