We recently recieved 2nd FP notice.
If NSC going for an RFE on my case, what is the probability that an RFE is issued while 2nd FP is pending. OR are the events generated sequentially, like NSC would not touch my file until my 2nd FP are cleared and recieved by NSC so as to issue an RFE??

Here is my understanding. If INS issues 2nd FP notice then they will not approve the case until your FP is cleared. So it looks like they will hold your case approval until you complete your FP and get the clearance from the concern body/department.

Also i think RFE will not be generated till you coomplete the FP. If they have already issued an RFE to your 485 then chances are your case will apporved after you complete your FP.
