Any Npv01, Dec01 and January02 RD/ND

Not so soon

I guess NSC is now clearing all the cases from July, Aug and Sep. Once they are done with that, we should start seeing rfes/approvals for oct/nov/dec cases. I dont think we are too far away from it, may be a month or so.

Hi Rajesh,
I have few questions for you?

How much time it take to get EAD card after approval.(second EAD) Mine status is showing that it's approved on 22nd Jan2003 and card is ordered till date.

Mine current EAD is getting expire on 22nd Feb, I am little worried as I am working on EAD.

Second I also gave FP in the first week of May2002 and status is still showing that FP notice is mailed to you.....
Is your FP status is updated?

Dear Nashik,

It takes about 3 - 6 weeks to get your EAD card, in my case I received it in third week after the status said that my EAD is approved.

My FP was done in last week of April till today the status displays that on "March 27th a Notice to appear for FP was sent to you ..."

I guess the online status changes only when there is any new activity on a case.
