November-01 waiters should start checking regularly so that we know when that threshold has been crossed. I just checked mine and still nada ...
 
i don't think Nov cases will be picked up unitll Mid Feb.

this really sucks...i wonder what the hell did those iio(s) did during the past few months? my guess is NOTHING...
 
there was a posting on this site which says that cases with ND > 31st Dec, 2001 would be scrutnised by Homeland Security Dept and INS would process cases only those which have ND falling in 2001 only...............I hope most of November filers have a notice date of december 2001 only
