At least you two got some information and at least you know your cases have been touched. For my Nov 01 case, no RFE, no transfer and no 2nd FP. I visited VCS once, called NCSC twice, what I got was only a letter which told me nothing.

Where did you do your second FP?
I'am at the same boat - second FP notice for 09/06/03.
Went to Newark one Saturday ago and was turned down.

What did you tell them? At time did you arrive?

I had no RFE, no 2nd FP, no movement what so ever on my process. I long for a RFE. I would just love a 2nd FP notice. Anything!!!
But no... just the cold indiference of BCIS...

Me too ...Rd:NOV 23,2001 FP:APRIL 4,2002.........TILL THIS DATE NO RFE NO 2ND FP ,called up NCSC got a letter which has no useful information ........really its like black hole dont know if my file there or missing & no source to tell why my case is delayed & why no 2nd fp or atleast an rfe .........most of u r lucky got rfe 2nd fp but cases like mine r v.frightening ....we got nothing from BCIS till this date

I was turned down once before like you, and last Sat. around 1:30 pm I went to Newark for the 2nd time. And this time I was lucky enough, and got a nice lady and she let me in and did the FP. So, if you really want to do it earlier, then just give another try, although I am really not sure if this is going to help us out of this mess or not...

We both feel the same pain here.
But, I believe you will simply bypass RFE and 2nd FP, and directly get your GC...
