Any Nov 2001 Cases pending like mine??

No news after our first FP in April 2002. Contacted Senator in Oct 2003 and Congressman in Feb 2004, initiated many enquiries with USCIS... Standard response from Senator ---wait for 60 days. USCIS sent letter in Feb 2004 indicating my FP needs to be rescheduled and this may take time....Contacted USCIS again in early May 2004 and received same reply. Anyone in the same boat and any idea what can be done..

rescheduled by senator office march 2004 scheduled fo may 2004.
so your FP should be scheduled in 1-2 months.

Nothing has happened in my case second fp done 8-2003.
