got state labor cleared and moved to federal on third week of jan 2004 , no news till now. Does any one know what's going on inside their again
 
Which state SESA/Regional DOL you are mentioning about? Go to proper DOL and post there. You will get the responses.

bichari look like a NJ-guy. Dec 2001 is official processing of NJ-SESA. He got it with his lucks, if in NJ.
