Currently biding my time waiting for the dates to move. Hasn't for the last 3 months (it's been at 8/1/01). Anybody have any idea/updates on when this will change?
I believe I turned "portable" under AC21 on Jan 1, 2003, so I guess that's something.
As you can tell from the tone of my post, I am quite tired of this process (being my second attempt, the first one fizzled when I was 3 months away from getting approval via CP and my company filed Chapter 11). My H1-B visa expires in Feb 2004 and as I see it, the chances of my GC approval coming thru in the next year are slim to none.
