Any news/information about I-140 appeals?

Appeal process seems being stucked. Although the AAO shows current status for EB2 cases, they are delayed again at service centers. Anyone heard anything about these cases? Please share your information if any. Thanks.

What was the reason for denial?

Hi,
Can you please provide some more details on what the reason was for denial. It will help ppl who are preparing to go thru the process.

I probably have the most awkward situation. I filed PERM right after I received the diploma (7/2005). However, I didn't notice the date printed on the diploma was 8/18/2005. The Service Center thought my PERM was filed before the degree granted date, so denied. Therefore, make sure of paying attention to all the dates printed on your documents.
