Any NewDelhi interview experiences for Southern (Chennai) region person's in Dec' 05?

Guys,

Did anyone from south india (Chennai region) successfully appeared for a visa interview in New Delhi in this month? ie. December 2005.

My brother has an appointment in jan' 06 booked through TTS. I hear from couple of my friends that somebody was let go to Chennai a couple of days ago when they appeared in Delhi.

Any experiences? Well Appreciated.
 
My brother went to Delhi on 17th Oct. He was asked to go to Chennai. It would be better if you book one more appointment for chennai too.
