Any new ideas/updates on EB1-OR processing times

Anyone think things will be better in the new year? I haven't seen any approval postings in the new year yet, even if it's only been a dozen days.

no hope for EB1-OR applicants..

Hi

It looks like they really dumped EB1-OR applicants. I don't see
any approvals in the recent past. But I see lots of approvals for
EB2 and EB3 categories. My case is pending for almost 2 years
(Feb 22 2002). Just sitting idle with those guys with an RFE.
They received the reply on Dec 01 2003. People say that once the reply for RFE is received the approval will follow quickly. But it is already 6 weeks and yet nothing happened. Even they are sitting on my EAD and AP which is more than 110 days. I strongly believe that these guys just don't want to see any applications and just allowing time to pass by. This is very similar to any job here. (a couple of days work done in a couple of weeks time).
