Any new EB1-OR approvals fromTSC?

Nothing so far. Company policy to wait for I-140 before filing for I-485.

Processing dates went back from 6/26 in march to 5/20 current. Has there been any new approvals?:eek:

ND 10/03/2002
Approved 04/23/2003.. That was a surprise!

I just spoke my lawyer. She has not heard anything all. Infact there is a similar case filed from my company few days before me and they have not heard anything about that case too.

Did you get RFE?
