Any new Comsys approvals with Metamor Labor or I-140

Hi. Any new Comsys approvals with Labour/I-140/485 being filed while it was Metamor. I am getting really stressed out as it seems like I am getting closer to get that 485 approval letter and hoping that this name issue will not be a problem.

are u sure that ur 485 is with metamor name since ur rd/nd is 1/00. actually name became comsys again from 10/99. when was ur 485 filing done. mine was done during end of sep 99 with metamor name but my 485 rd/nd is 10/99. I had rfe for g-325 biographic and employment letter but this recent rfe bio form sent has comsys name as employer. I am not sure if i am in that name change case due to this new rfe bio form.

a question for comsys people out there. do u guys have the original/copy of labor and I-140 approval notices. I was not given these approval notices. Also i don\'t have even the initial receipt notices copy for labor & i-140. Anybody know whether these labor and I-140 approval notices original/copy are required with us during the remaining stages of the GC process.

My labor and I-140 are with Metamor and 485 is with Comsys. I have Faxed copies of Labor and I-140 approval notices that the attorney\'s office Faxed when they were approved.

Hi I am from comsys and applied for I-140 amendment. How about we keep track of the dates of us applying for I-140 amendment and its approval. Did any one get their I-140 amendment approved. if so how long did it take. and is it linked with I-485.

Hi. Can you guys let me know if comsys is taking care of amendment of I-140 or is your lawyer who is currently doing Gc processing is also filing for I-140 amendment.
